Often I see an interesting Google Font that I want to use, and usually it's on web so I simply link to Google Fonts' CSS file and that's it. But sometimes, I want to use it on my computer. I used to download fonts manually, by copying each of the URLs into the address field, but I came up with a simple PHP script that can do that automatically. It even generates a custom css file for use with the downloaded fonts (it doesn't link to Google Fonts).
Just replace [URL GOES HERE] with the URL for Google Fonts and run the script! (Example URL is http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=PT+Sans+Narrow:400,700&subset ;=cyrillic-ext,latin,latin-ext,cyrillic)
