My "Broadband Deserts" talk at Balccon 2k22

I held a quick talk at this year’s Balccon conference in Novi Sad about Broadband Deserts and the missing role of regulations in ushering a connected world.

Abstract: Raising awareness of the increasing digital divide in Serbia and worldwide, between urbanised areas and so-called “Broadband Deserts”, and the role of internet access in improving human development, education, job opportunities, and overall society wellbeing KPIs.
